2017 | A Leap of Faith
Our founders dreamed of a different future
for their children and family.

Without ever having visited Canada. Without a job.
Without a network. Without family nearby.
​
Only hope, faith, and the belief that hard work
and human connection could create something meaningful.
2018 | Starting from Zero
Landing in a new country meant rebuilding life
from the ground up - in Ottawa.
Through those challenges came an important realization:

2019 | The Beginning
Connecting Humans was officially incorporated.
What began with two founders and a coaching vision
started with a simple belief:

2020 | Growing Through Uncertainty
Covid-19 - There couldn't have been a more difficult time to build and grow a business.
The world changed. We had to pivot, adapt, and reimagine.
Yet through global adversity, our clients stayed with us because of our care, quality, and authenticity.
Trust is what carried us forward.
2021-2023 | Expanding Through Relationships
What started with two founders grew into a network
of exceptional partners and experts.
Through strategic engagements and organizational
transformation work, we saw the power of human
connection to drive real change.
Together with our clients and partners,

2024 | Thinking Bigger
We asked ourselves: how can we create even greater impact?
Together with our team, clients, and partners, we began building a human ecosystem-where learning, leadership, and resolution come together.
Not just a company. A movement of humans.
2025 | Building Human Development Training
We launched our online learning platform with more than 20 programs for professionals.
Designed to make expertise more accessible and support human growth across industries.
Learning that empowers. Skills that transform.
2026 | Expanding Through Humans4
We launched our third brand: Humans4.
Focused on mediation, negotiation, and advisory services.
Because meaningful progress is not only about growth - sometimes it's about resolution.

Originally from France, Leroy's journey took him across Asia, Europe, and North America. From analyst to executive leadership in global organizations, his path eventually led him and his family from Singapore to Canada in pursuit of a dream: building a future rooted in opportunity, purpose, and adventure.

His work has always centered around helping people move forward- especially during moments where challenges, uncertainty, or transformation matter most.

Born and raised in Singapore, Christine brings a deeply people-centered
perspective shaped through experience across retail, manufacturing,
electronics, and client experience.
