Coaching Methodology
Our lead coach brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, having honed his skills as a Vice President in the finance & banking industry with two decades of experience across the globe.
He has since coached thousands of hours, working with hundreds of individuals and teams, and numerous executives. This extensive coaching background, combined with his top-level leadership experience, sets him apart from other coaches and provides a valuable perspective for individuals looking to become the best version of themselves. With a deep understanding of the real-life pressures and challenges that executives face, our coach is equipped to provide personalized and effective guidance to help clients reach their full potential and succeed in their chosen careers.

Our approach draws on both neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) - to understand the connection between language, behavior, and thought patterns - and the professional coaching approach of Milton Erickson - on using indirect and suggestive techniques to tap into the unconscious mind - to provide a holistic coaching experience that addresses both conscious and unconscious aspects of an individual's thinking and behavior.
Our approach helps individuals gain greater self-awareness, improve their communication skills, and develop a growth mindset, as well as overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Through our combination of NLP and Erickson's techniques, we are dedicated to helping our clients reach their full potential and succeed.
Training Methodology
We understand that many training providers simply deliver content and knowledge that is not necessarily applicable to the specific needs of public service organizations.
However we take a different approach.
With years of experience as professional coaches, we have a deep understanding of mindsets and organization structures, which sets us apart from other trainers who lack real-world experience in the field. Our hands-on, practical training is designed to be directly applicable to the unique challenges faced by your organizations at their respectives levels (Senior Leadership & Executives, Managers and Teams).
