Thierry Leroy
Co-Founder & CEO
Originally from France, Thierry Leroy climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore & Asia from Analyst to Vice President at 30 years old in a one-of-a-kind success story.
Thierry has extensive experience in Leadership, Management, Coaching, Transformation and Training since 2006.
He worked over 3 continents, in 14+ countries across Asia, Europe and North America for Global Fortune 500 companies, and more recently in Government, Crown Corporation in Canada.
In his latest assignment in Asia, Thierry was Vice President at Credit Suisse - worldwide leader in Private Bank and was managing multi-million dollars projects and supported CEOs and COOs in Asia Pacific.
Thierry is also a Canadian-French entrepreneur : He founded 1AM Consulting in Singapore in 2015 and more recently, Connecting Humans Inc in Canada in 2019 to help Government, Corporations, Small Businesses & Individuals.
Finally Thierry is blessed with his family, his wife and children - that joined him on this journey from Singapore to Canada.

Education and Academic Achievements: Holder of two master's degrees in Commerce - with jury distinction - and International Business, as well as a bachelor's degree. Thierry has also successfully completed the Executive Program at Harvard Business School focused on Organizational Agility, where he specialized in digital transformation and strategic adaptability.
Excellence Accreditations: Expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental Health & Psychological Safety, valued by my Fellowship status at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an entity affiliated with Harvard Medical School, as well as in Project & Change Management. These skills are further strengthened by his deep understanding of Agile, Lean & Scrum methodologies.

Born and raised in Singapore, Christine brings to Connecting Humans her extensive experience in the retail, property management, manufacturing and electronics sectors in Asia.
She has at heart to help small businesses to grow and develop their full potential.
At Connecting Humans, She provides an outstanding support to our clients by developing effective customer relationship and setting customer satisfaction goals. She is at the heart of our customer service experience, engaging prospect & clients along their journey and growth. She always takes ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution.
Christine is also in charge of Connecting Humans social media presence and video-editing support for our Youtube channel.
Having graduated from CPA Australia, she is also highly skilled in accounting, finance and tax management.
